Summer Delivery Tips

It's getting hot, hot, hot! Seems like a good time for a quick reminder about steps you can take to ensure your delivery isn't damaged by the heat.

PUT out a cooler

Consider leaving a cooler out for us, your delivery driver will transfer as many items as possible from your new box into your cooler to help keep things fresh and cool. We strongly recommend leaving out a cooler for milk and cheese deliveries. If you choose to leave a cooler out, please let us know by emailing us at service@bostonorganics.com.

With a note on it that says "Boston Organics delivery" and some ice packs inside, your bounty will stay fresh and cool.

check your email

Keep an eye out for the email alerting you to when your delivery arrives. Once your delivery has arrived, an email alert is automatically sent allowing you to retrieve it ASAP. Add our email as a contact to avoid delivery alerts going into your spam folders! Let us know if you’re not receiving these alerts.

Thank you for helping us provide you with the best service possible.

give us a key

If you're not able to promptly bring in your delivery, there's a chance some of your produce may wilt on hotter days. We are insured to take keys to everything from entryways to apartments to homes.

Update your delivery instructions

If you'd like to change your delivery instructions for the season (perhaps from an uncovered front porch to a covered back entryway with key access) you can do that on our website or shoot us an email at service@bostonorganics.com

Thank you for helping us provide you with the best service possible.
