Holiday Delivery Schedule & Deadlines 2017

Tis the season for adjusted delivery schedules. Boston Organics will not be making deliveries on Monday, December 25, Friday, December 29 or Monday, January 1, necessitating some schedule shuffling during Christmas and New Year's weeks. Please see below for information on when we'll be delivering to your zip code during these holiday weeks.

Deadlines for Christmas Week Deliveries

Please observe the following adjusted Christmas week deadlines:

TUESDAY DELIVERIES
By 12-noon on Friday, 12/22 for deliveries scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, 12/26.

Milk orders scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, 12/26 need to be placed by 12-noon on Monday, 12/18.

WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY DELIVERIES
Up to 12-noon one business day before your delivery day:

• Cancellations
• Add-on Orders (except Bread and Milk, see below)
• Box Type Changes
• Produce Preferences
• Payment Updates

If you usually receive your box on Monday, your delivery schedule will be different during New Year's week, as follows:

Boston (all neighborhoods):

• 1X/Week Monday Customers: Your delivery will be moved to Tuesday, 1/2.
• 2X/Week Monday & Wednesday Customers: Your deliveries will be moved to Tuesday, 1/2 & Thursday, 1/4.

Cambridge (02141, 02142 only):

• 1X/Week Monday Customers: Your delivery will be moved to Wednesday, 1/3.
• 2X/Week Monday & Wednesday Customers: Your deliveries will be moved to Tuesday, 1/2 & Thursday, 1/4.

All other locations:

• 1X/Week Monday Customers: Your delivery will be moved to Wednesday, 1/3.
• 2X/Week Monday & Wednesday Customers: Both deliveries will be made on Wednesday, 1/3.

SKIPPING A DELIVERY

Please let us know as soon as possible if you do not want to receive a delivery during Christmas or New Year's weeks. Cancellations can be made up to 12-noon one business day before your scheduled delivery.
