Happy President's Day! We're getting closer to spring, and we're happy to say we are still bringing in the local goods this time of year. This week brings flavorful celeriac (celery root), the epic ugly duckling of the culinary world. We also have carrots, kohlrabi, sunchokes, turnips coming in, with broccoli, kale, and green leaf lettuce to brighten up the boxes.
