What’s In the Dogma Box – June 10, 2014

Written by Amy Levine | Jun 10, 2014 11:33:37 AM

Our Dogma Box includes organic fruits and vegetables sourced as close to Boston as possible throughout the year. Similar to a CSA or farm share, this box is filled with the best organic produce from local and regional farms each week.

The organic produce in this week's Dogma Box comes almost entirely from Massachusetts and Vermont! The gorgeous chard, kale, and lettuce are all from Atlas Farm in Deerfield, MA while the tasty radishes, parsnips, and sunchokes were grown on Deep Root Organic Coop's member farms.

This week’s Dogma Box contains:

  • Chard - Atlas Farm (S. Deerfield, MA)
  • Kale - Atlas Farm (S. Deerfield, MA)
  • Lettuce - Atlas Farm (S. Deerfield, MA)
  • Chives - Happy Valley Organics (Whately, MA)
  • Black Radishes – Deep Root Organic Coop (Johnson, VT)
  • Parsnips - Deep Root Organic Coop (Johnson, VT)
  • Sunchokes - Deep Root Organic Coop (Johnson, VT)
  • Onions - Porter Farms (Elba, NY)
  • Empire Apples – Dwight Miller Orchards (East Dummerston, VT)

We have a bunch of recipes for all your leafy greens this week. Bake your kale into mini frittatas with our Kale and Chives Egg Muffins or try our try a Chickpea Curry with Kale or Swiss Chard!
