Oranges are a delicious, portable snack. Opening the peel releases a burst of fresh scent, causing mouths to water several cubicles away. As juicy and delicious as they are, it’s easy to forget that they have a plethora of other purposes. So just for fun, we've dreamed up six silly uses for an orange in the office.

Everyone knows the feeling, that glassy-eyed, unfocused haze that descends over the office around 2pm. The afternoon swoon may have you wishing you could curl up under your desk for a nap, or send you slouching to the break room coffee maker or vending machine for a caffeine or sugar boost. Though this afternoon energy dip may be partly due to our body’s natural rhythms, below are steps you can take to fight this sleepy slump and form healthy office habits.

Saint Patrick’s Day observes the death of Saint Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. People spend the holiday celebrating Irish culture and traditions including parades, Irish step dancing, drinking green beer, or eating Irish cuisine. Did you know your chance of finding a 4-leaf clover is 1 in 10,000?
As tradition goes, wearing green on St. Patrick ’s Day will make you invisible to pesky leprechauns, otherwise be weary of getting pinched! Different cities hold different traditions – Chicago colors the Chicago River green with a natural vegetable dye, and Hot Springs holds the world’s shortest parade (98 feet). While I don’t think Mayor Walsh will approve dying the Charles River green, we still have an awesome parade! Boston’s St. Patrick's Day parade will start Sunday March 17 at 1:00 pm at Broadway Station.

No More S’mores: Healthy Camping the Way Nature Intended
Camping is full of contradictions that somehow make a lot of sense. For example:
- The farther you get from civilization, the closer you feel to the people you’re with.
- The earlier you wake up, the more energy you seem to have.
- The more serene it is, the more alive you feel.
But there’s one part of camping that just doesn’t add up. We go into the woods to clear our minds and fill our lungs with clean air, but then we fill our stomachs with candy bars and hot dogs. After going through all this trouble to connect to nature, why is traditional camping food so processed and unhealthy?
It doesn’t have to be this way. In fact, it’s relatively easy to eat healthy food when camping, as long as you’re conscious about it and plan ahead. Here are a few tips to help you eat healthy in the great outdoors. Scroll down to find our sample menu for a weekend camping trip.
